So I purchased what I thought would be quality pair of shoes only to discover I'd be better off buying a $20 pair. Adidas seems to have no system for customer service.

They don't answer their customer service line and your only recourse is to leave messages. Usually you can chat with someone about it or use FB but even on FB I noticed there are numerous complaints from customers just publicly posted and no response from Adidas. That's a really bad look and quiet surprising.

It's hard to imagine such a large company could be run in such an amateurish way.

Between ignoring the social media comments and not answering their phones they aren't exactly encouraging business. I've noticed a lot of bad reviews about product quality and follow up customer service which I wish I'd read first.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $100.
