Dear Adidas,
Its been over two months since I first contacted your team regarding two missing shipments. Despite repeated communication, I have not received a proper resolution or any clear update on the delivery status.
Ive contacted my local post office multiple times, and they have no record of these tracking numbers.

I also asked your team to share the name of the last-mile delivery company used in my country, but they have continuously ignored this request.
This ongoing lack of transparency is unacceptable. I kindly request that you provide a clear response and a final resolution immediately before I escalate this matter further.

I've posted this on all the major social media sites, and I know I'm limited in what I can do, but I'm very happy when I can make people buy one less adidas product.

Adidas' customer service and their carrier, Ontrac, are the worst among all merchants. I bought a pair of $300 sneakers from the official website, and on February 1st, the tracking showed that the package was delivered, but there was no proof of delivery, no photo, and no option for me to sign for it.

Sure enough, the package was lost.

I searched for three days with no progress. On February 4th, I called Adidas customer service for the first time, and they told me to wait 14 days. On February 10th, I called again, and they asked me to wait another 14 days. Finally, on February 24th, I called Adidas for the third time.

At first, the representative still asked me to wait 14 days, but I refused. I requested to speak to a manager, and after a 15-minute investigation, the manager simply told me that Ontrac had denied the claim, so Adidas would not compensate me either.

After more than 20 days of waiting with no resolution, the manager suddenly just told me the claim was denied? I've always heard that Adidas' customer service and Ontrac's shipping service are the worst, and now I've experienced it firsthand.

I will never buy anything from Adidas again, nor will I ever use Ontrac. Posting this to warn everyoneavoid them at all costs!

Adidas has not only ignored my emails, but they have also avoided helping me regarding a legal concern on the Roblox platform. They claimed that they aren't able to access my account, which is fair, but there are other methods for them to potentially reinstate my Roblox account. They are the ones who sent a copyright takedown for an old clothing item I uploaded many years ago as a child. This resulted in a strike on my account, making it three strikes in total. This has resulted in the deletion of my entire account. My last two strikes were from Paramount Global for uploading SpongeBob clothes for the same reason. I was just a child back when I uploaded the content; I had no idea that there would be such harsh and extreme punishments at the time.

It is shameful how Adidas cannot fathom the dire situation they have put me in. Not only that, but I have also personally gone through the process of even removing copyrighted items from my account to prevent further termination, including ones from Adidas, and yet my account was still deleted. This is on Adidas and Roblox for having such poor moderation guidelines and communication.

Roblox DMCA appeal agents are 98% bots so they aren't helpful, and Adidas has blocked my email which is why they haven't replied back to me. I am truly disappointed in how desperate Adidas, as a company, is trying to silence Roblox players for their personal gain. Adidas is no different from Paramount when it comes to profit and communication regarding legal issues.

Ok, and? I was a kid who just did what everyone else did and uploaded cool Adidas clothes to the platform.

I later went through the process of removing many of them from my account, but somehow one was still lingering. If you had actually read that part of my review, you would’ve already understood. Plus, once I had removed every copyrighted content from my account, Roblox even stated that I would not have any penalty against my account. That was a blatant lie as any big corporation could easily send out a takedown for every little thing they own.

This is also a big issue on Roblox’s behalf for their strict guidelines on a gaming platform made with a player base of almost entirely children. An account deletion should not be permitted for such thing and a simple removal of the content is all that is needed.

Hi Adidas Team,

Im trying to track down a specific video featuring Lionel Messi, where he begins by saying, "Hi, Im Leo, and this is my section on Inside Soccer." In it, he demonstrates dribbling techniques and how to beat defenders.

The only versions available online are in extremely low quality (around 144p). Im looking for a high-resolution or original version of this exact video.

From what Ive seen on YouTube, there are compilations where multiple clips from this series seem to be stitched together.

If this footage is part of an archived campaign or media pack, Id really appreciate any direction on how to access it. If it's possible to obtain or license the original version, please let me know the steps involved.

Misrepresentation

I have been going back and forth with the chat support of SEA adidas. They seem to be deliberately saying unnecessary things, and the good thing is I was able to download the conversation.

Because of this, I cancelled all my orders and requested to speak to a manager. So a 'manager' called and sorted things out, but there were a few things I noticed as odd, but I did nothing since we were finally fixing the issue. I returned everything, and I was even given confirmation that the warehouse received it. A few days went by, and I called to check on my refund.

The agent said they are still working on it and cannot give an exact date. I became suspicious and asked for the 'manager.' The agent confirmed that the person who helped me wasn't a manager at all. I didn't know what to do next, so I just went about my day. Around 10 or 11 p.m., the 'manager' called and apologized, telling me he had to deal with a family tragedy.

I asked him to just not worry about my refund and tend to his family. I got so upset that he needed to call in the middle of a tragedy at night, thinking someone on his team should have taken over in his absence. I emailed all Adidas customer service on different sites, basically telling them to take over since the 'manager' is dealing with a tragedy. By morning, I received a call from the 'manager,' asking me not to tell them about the late-night call and the tragedy in his family.

That's why I am asking for help. It looks like they are just stalling with the issues I was having.

I will be consulting this matter with our local Dept of Trade and Industry to intervene. Please check the customer service of the Southeast because I am not 100% sure they're telling me the truth.
