Long wait time and no result

BeI buy adidas regularly, they are my go-to shoe,so when I got the newest Ultraboost 21s I was excited to try them! I ran twice and the shoes flattened like pancakes and my feet look three sizes too big!! When I took my shoes back to ask for a return or exchange for a different adidas product I was told they were too worn! For a company who charges $180/ shoe should understand people want them to last a few months let alone two RUNS! Will not buy ! And very disappointed I could not have this resolved!

Order not received.

Multiple attempts to contact. Extremely long waits on phone calls without ever reaching. A customer service representative. I also attempted to email and do the online chat. Package was stolen

The company who deliver red my package and left on step I seen the picture of them leaving it but the delivery person never knocked on my door and someone stole it. I contacted the delivery company and told them they told me to contact y'all bout my stuff.

Order placement

My order was supposed to come 9/16 but its not coming until 9/21 if so buy 2 weeks ahead of time I received emails saying my package would come early so when it didnt I checked and it said a totally different date that was pushed back by 5 days

User's recommendation: Don’t buy from here and expect to receive your packages on time.

Didn’t get my package

They basically said its not they problem its the delivery probably tell them to do a investigation then they will contact adidas and see what goes on from there when I didnt pay my money to the delivery driver or company I paid my money to adidas so shouldnt adidas be tracking the merchandise I paid for on they website to see where it went who has it or my refund back and I thought you was supposed to sign for packages delivered to your home

Question about the soccer cleats

I bought a pair of cleats in January for my sons upcoming soccer season which began in August. He hadn't worn the cleat up until that time. We are now in the middle of September and the sole plate on the cleat has come apart. We have always bought addidas and had good results with wear and tear on cleats however this product doesn't seem to be made well as it is now coming apart after 1 month. I paid $275 for this pair and it definitely wasn't worth. I now have to buy him a new pair from another brand since his season literally just started.

DeadI recently placed an order and it says it was delivered there was a picture of it out front of my apartment duplex I live in the back of the duplex 2b which means back... I went out front to go get it and it's not there, I left an email for that people that delivered it and they still have not gotten back to me so I called Adidas today and was put on hold for 45 minutes someone finally got on the phone I told them what happened they told me they were going to get a hold of the people that delivered it put me on hold and never got back on the phone

Re: Order that was never received

I contacted both Adidas and FedEx on August 28th regarding my order # AD10713****. Prior to delivery I noticed the City and State was incorrect. I spoke with Adidas customer service who stated the were able to stop delivery. The case # 4043****. I was told once the items were returned to the adidas store I would be refunded. Today I called customer service who informed me that my order was delivered in 2 separate packages, and that the 2nd delivery was delivered on September 3rd. Adidas representative Chinyere informed me that I am unable to receive refund. I called on August 28th informing Adidas that the address was incorrect. It was delivered on the 3rd.

I was emailed by Addis that my order arrived on Sunday September 5 th. Its never arrived. Customer service is terrible and rude.

Never got my refund credited to my account

Yes I ordered 2 pairs of sandals from the store in cross county mall store. They sent 1 pair and I received the 1 pair but second pair was canceled, but never received my refund. I'm trying to figure out why it's taken so long. The order number is 10408****. I was charged for 2 pairs not 1.
